Oreilly Automotive Stores – Signs Lease for Bel-Air Plaza, Johnstown Pa.

Bob Varner VP of Real Estate for Pennswood Commercial Realty has announced that Oreilly Automotive Stores has executed a Lease for the Bel-Air Plaza (Richland Twp.) in Johnstown. Oreilly’s has been looking for a site on Scalp Ave. for well over the last five years. When I picked up the listing at Bel-Air and American Freight vacated, I had a good hunch Oreilly’s would like this space. I put together their original deal in Altoona so I had worked with them in the past. Oreilly’s now has 3 stores in the Altoona/Duncansville area and 1 in Somerset so it was only a matter of time before they found the right site on Scalp, Varner stated. The location is well positioned  within the Plaza and highly visible when you drive into the center from the traffic light at the west entrance. Oreilly’s will occupy 15,677 sf. of the Bel-Air Plaza  and plans are to open Q42025.
