A 15,000 sf. Retail Development is proposed for Eisenhower Blvd. across from the entrance to the Richland Town Center in Johnstown. The site lends itself as a compliment to the energy and excitement created at the Town Center with the ability to accommodate numerous small shop retail and restaurant tenants. The project has been designed with a number of drive thru layout options and the pre-leasing of this project has started. Construction is slated to start mid 2019.
